Registration & Placement Exams
Families interested in enrolling students at Luther East for the following year are required to submit an application and take a placement examination (with a $30 fee) that assists us in providing appropriate academic guidance and placement.
The next Placement Exams are on Saturday, March 9 or May 11 at 8:15am
Please contact the school office at 708-895-8441 to register a student for a placement exam.
Tuition
Tuition policies and amounts are set each year by the Board of Directors of the Luther East School Association, Inc. (“LESA”).
Good News! There will be no tuition increase for 2012-2013.
Incremental discounts on the standard tuition rate are offered to families that are members of Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod congregations and of the LESA congregations:
St. John Lutheran Church, Beecher St. Paul Lutheran Church, Thornton
St. John Lutheran Church, Lansing Trinity Lutheran Church, Lansing
St. John-Grace Lutheran Church, South Holland Zion Lutheran Church, Beecher
St. Paul Lutheran Church, Chicago Heights St. Paul Lutheran Church, Dolton
Families with more than one student enrolled in school receive a discounted rate for subsequent students. Those needing to make special payment schedules may do so through the LESA treasurer. Tuition assistance is available for qualified students, and applications are available upon request in the school office.
